The pot extension shaft is attached to the pot shaft collar via two (perpendicular) #6-32 x
1/8 SSCP (Figure 15). The retaining collar is secured to the extension shaft on the outside
of the front head form disk with one #6-32 x 1/8 SSCP (Figure 16).
