We respectfully recommend:
1. That a Pastors' Refresher Course be held in 1963 if Synod
meets in Beaver Falls.
2. That a Committee be appointed at this Synod to begin
arrangements for the next Pastors' Refresher Course.
3- That, after publication in Blue Banner Paitb and Life,
the material presented by Dr. J. G. Vos on The Covenant Theology
vs. Dispensationalism be recommended to the Witness Committee
for possible publication in pamphlet form, and that the balance
in our account be used toward this purpose.
4. That our financial statement be given to Synod's Treasurer
for the use of next year's Coordinating Committee for their guidance
in recommending the amount to be appropriated from Synod's
Budget for the next Pastors' Refresher Course.
