6. The date of entry into force of this <strong>Act</strong> shall be laid down by the Minister for Economic and<br />
<strong>Business</strong> Affairs. The Minister may also decide that this <strong>Act</strong> is to enter into force on different<br />
dates. 9<br />
7. This <strong>Act</strong> shall not extend to Greenland and the Faroe Islands, but sections 1, 2 and 6 may<br />
be brought into force by Royal Decree for these parts of the Realm subject to any variations in<br />
their operation necessitated by the specific conditions prevailing in Greenland and the Faroe<br />
Islands.<br />
<strong>Act</strong> no. 411 of 1 June 2005 contains the following entry into force and transitional provisions:<br />
6.-(1) This <strong>Act</strong> shall enter into force on 1 July 2005.<br />
