1. Select FileOpen command to open file fil_1.jpg;
2. Select Ellipse Select Tool . Select the central blossom;
3. Apply FiltersBlurGaussian Blur command. It opens the Gaussian Blur dialog
box;
4. Press button to enter different blur radius values;
5. Set the following parameters:
Select the measurement unit - millimetres. Press
mm from the list;
Set Blur Radius:
• Horizontal – 20 mm;
• Vertical – 5 mm;
6. Select Blur Method – IIR;
7. Press OK;
8. Apply SelectNone command to cancel selection;
