• Both – both options;
Threshold – set the filter sensitivity to the silhouette borders. The lower the
value, the higher the sensitivity and at the same time more objects in the image
are affected by the wind. The higher the value, the less silhouettes of the image
are affected by the wind;
Strength – specify the strength of the wind. The higher the value, the more
blurred the silhouettes in the image get.
4. Press OK.
TASK. Open image fil_8.jpg. Apply the Wind filter to the image by setting the following
parameters:

Threshold – 10;
Strength – 20;
4. Press OK
