for the delivery of preventive chemotherapy (excluding medicines) during 2015–2020 is
about US$ 58 million (US$ 45–73 million) per year, falling to US$ 4.1 million (US$ 2.7–5.6
million) per year during 2021–2030.
Chapter 2 discusses the need for post-preventive chemotherapy surveillance and
management of morbidity and disability prevention.
