INVESTING TOWARDS UNIVERSAL COVERAGE AGAINST NEGLECTED TROPICAL DISEASES Universal coverage against NTDs will be a measure of the success of universal health coverage in reaching the poorest. Domestic investment from within endemic countries will be central to the realization of universal coverage against NTDs. KEY INTERVENTIONS: SITUATION REPORT WHO recommends five public-health interventions to accelerate prevention, control, elimination and eradication of NTDs.
