■ 39 % of <strong>the</strong> employees working in <strong>the</strong> field of planning and management of projects<br />

financed by <strong>for</strong>eign donors have passed training in specialized cources on project programming and<br />

management organized by <strong>the</strong> IPAEI.<br />

■ Compared to 2003 <strong>the</strong> administrative capacity <strong>for</strong> project programming and management<br />

has been increased and in <strong>2004</strong> 77 % of all <strong>the</strong> administrations think that <strong>the</strong>y have <strong>the</strong> employees<br />

with <strong>the</strong> required knowledge and skills.<br />

Recommendations:<br />

■ The executives of <strong>the</strong> administrative structures have to plan training on project<br />

programming and management <strong>for</strong> all employees working in this area.<br />

■ The employees who have passed courses on project programming and management to<br />

continue <strong>the</strong>ir training by participating in more practically oriented courses.<br />
