Bearing Assembled Roller Conveyor Chain<br />

This <strong>chain</strong> has bearings built into the <strong>roller</strong>s. A <strong>chain</strong><br />

smaller than a regular conveyor can be selected<br />

because the drive loss of the <strong>chain</strong> is small due to small<br />

rolling friction of the <strong>roller</strong>s, and the allowable load of<br />

the <strong>roller</strong>s is large.<br />

The <strong>chain</strong> body is identical to Standard Conveyor<br />

Chains with Roller R and Roller F.<br />

Sprockets for Standard Conveyor Chains can be<br />

used.<br />

Dimensions for attachments are also identical to<br />

those of Standard Conveyor Chains.<br />

Coefficient of rolling friction: f=0.035~0.050<br />

Conveyors with extensive center distance.<br />

Conveyors that need to have smooth movement<br />

and high precision<br />

Assembly line of automobiles<br />

Slat conveyors that are provided with slats (duplex<br />

<strong>chain</strong>) on both sides are used in assembling,<br />

finishing and inspection lines of automobiles. Since<br />

their center distances are very long and high<br />

accuracy and smooth feeding are required, bearing<br />

assembled <strong>roller</strong> conveyor <strong>chain</strong>s are used.<br />
