political news to hear, <strong>the</strong> collapse <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Turks<br />

before Constantinople, an armistice, changes <strong>of</strong><br />

ministry, and a thousand o<strong>the</strong>r things, to say<br />

nothing <strong>of</strong> a<br />

huge bundle <strong>of</strong> letters from England,<br />

<strong>the</strong> first we have received for nearly four months.<br />
