Following his study of jurisprudence in Munich Mr. Hermuth was a<br />
partner from 1988 to 1999 in a law firm he co-founded that specialised<br />
in investment and real-estate law. Mr. Hermuth has been CEO<br />
of DCM AG since January 2000. He has been CEO since Prime Office<br />
AG’s founding in June 2007. Prime Office AG is a real estate company<br />
investing in superb-quality office properties in Germany which is<br />
mostly leased long-term and to high-credit tenants. The portfolio,<br />
already today with a diversified range of properties, locations and<br />
tenants, will be expanded through the addition of carefully selected<br />

Mr. Hildwein is a Senior Vice President of Heitman’s European<br />
Acquisitions group, responsible for the sourcing and underwriting of<br />
real estate investments in Central Eastern Europe and Germany. Prior<br />
to joining Heitman, Mr. Hildwein was responsible for acquisitions<br />
in Northern Europe and UK and dispositions across Europe at the<br />
German Fund Manager Commerz <strong>Real</strong> (formerly CGI). Prior to joining<br />
Commerz <strong>Real</strong>, Mr. Hildwein was a member of the German Capital<br />
Markets team of Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Hildwein received a Degree<br />

Alexander is a founding partner of Palmira Capital Partners a boutique<br />
style investment management business. Prior to setting up Palmira<br />
he was CEO Germany for GPTHalverton and had built-up an extensive<br />
asset management platform with more than 1 billion euros under<br />
management. Before joining Halverton, Alexander was a member<br />
the senior management of Vivico <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> GmbH and Head of<br />
Investment at CB Richard Ellis and a member of their International<br />
Investment Group. Alexander holds management degrees from the<br />
University of Nuremberg and City University London. He has 15 years’<br />

Dr. Thomas Herr founded THProjektmanagement GmbH in 2002.<br />
Prior to this, he was the Principal of various technical consultancy<br />
firms from 1993 onward. He set out on his career path as an architect<br />
with international architectural practices in Germany and the USA.<br />
THProjektmanagement GmbH is a leading technical consultancy firm<br />
