Andreas Wuermeling is Head of the new business area Secondary<br />
Markets within <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Finance and has worked for HRE Group<br />
since 2006. The Group is looking after large loan arrangement, loan<br />
trades (club and post, in and out) and structured solutions (incl. Mezz<br />
and Equity) for all global pbb exposures. Andreas has worked in this<br />
and similar roles, but also on the securitization side for 10 years. He is<br />
a qualified lawyer for German Law.<br />

Michael Ziegler is an attorney and partner of Beiten Burkhardt, a<br />
leading independent international commercial law firm. He is trained<br />
as a banker. Michael heads the firm’s finance practice and specialises<br />
in banking and financing transactions - in particular real estate<br />
finance, project finance and restructurings. He advises German and<br />
international lenders as well as sponsors on complex cross-border<br />
financing transactions. In addition, he has extensive experience with<br />
real estate acquisitions and project developments.<br />

Axel Wünnenberg has worked at Catella <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> AG Kapitalanlagegesellschaft<br />

this, he spent two years as Senior Transactor at Doric Asset Finance,<br />
Offenbach, a provider of closed-end real estate funds. He was Asset<br />
and Acquisition Manager at UBS <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Kapitalanlagegesellschaft<br />
mbH from 2004 to 2006 and Acquisition Manager at Deutsche<br />
Anlagen-Leasing GmbH from 1997 to 2004. He is a qualified bank<br />
clerk, real estate economist (ebs) and a member of the Royal Institution<br />

Thomas Zinnöcker is Chief Executive Officer of GSW Immobilien<br />
AG. With about 50.000 apartments GSW develops, manages and<br />
leases one of Berlin’s largest housing portfolios. Thomas Zinnöcker<br />
was appointed to this position in December 2004 and is based in<br />
Berlin. He was previously responsible for the <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Division of<br />
Babcock Borsig AG and Member of the Board with Deutsche Telekom<br />
Immobilien und Service GmbH (DTI). He holds a Master of Business<br />
Administration from the University of Cologne, Germany.
