Klaus Krägel (50) is the person in charge of the sector Commercial<br />
<strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> at Archon Group Deutschland GmbH.He started his career<br />
at Jones Lang Wootton in Frankfurt/Main, where he was constituted<br />
national director in 1999. After his change in 2002 to the AGIV <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> AG he assumed responsibility for the sector Transactions.In<br />
October 2004 he was appointed to be board director of Deutsche<br />
<strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> AG, where he retired on December 31, 2007, at his own<br />

Frank Lamby can look back to a 20 year career in banking. In<br />
particular he worked for 10 years in Commercial RE Finance in<br />
Germany and in international Markets. After long term experience<br />
in Corporate Finance for Bayerische Vereinsbank he has been<br />
responsible since 1998 for the Risk Management of Commercial <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong> of HypoVereinsbank, since 2001 as Senior Director. In 2003<br />
he changed to Directors Board of Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Holding and has<br />
been responsible since early 2007 for Origination Commercial <strong>Real</strong><br />
<strong>Estate</strong>. 2005-2008 he was member of the board of German Pfandbrief<br />
Association (VdP). 2006-2008 he was member of the board of German<br />
Banking Association (BdB). Since 09/2010 he is Managing Director<br />
at REFTA.
