After finishing his studies of land surveying at the Technical University<br />
of Darmstadt, Christoph Kettel entered the finance industry in 1992 as<br />
a valuer. In 2004 he was appointed Head of the <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Appraisal<br />
& Consulting Division of EUROHYPO and is responsible for appraisal<br />
and research issues for international business. He is Member of the<br />
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) , Certified Appraiser by<br />
HypZert and takes part in working parties of the European and the<br />
German Mortgage Foundation.<br />

Gerald Klinck ist seit April <strong>2011</strong> Leiter des Bereichs Treasury bei der<br />
Gagfah Gruppe. Er ist verantwortlich für das Finanzierungsmanagement<br />
und die Liquiditätssteuerung des Konzerns. Bevor er zur Gagfah<br />
wechselte, war er Mitglied des Executive Board der Deutsche Wohnen<br />
AG. Er war verantwortlich für den Corporate Finance Bereich und<br />
übte darüber hinaus Geschäftsführungspositionen in verschiedenen<br />
Konzerngesellschaften aus. Zu diesen gehörte u.a. die Geschäftsführung<br />
der Deutsche Wohnen Corporate <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> GmbH (Portfoliomanagement,<br />
An- und Verkauf ) sowie die Geschäftsführung in<br />
der Katharinenhof Seniorenwohn- und Pflegeanlage Betriebs GmbH<br />
(Seniorenpflegeheime).<br />

Benedikt Kiesl is Managing Director Multinational Clients at Eurohypo.<br />
He has more than 18 years of experience in international and structured<br />
real estate finance and focuses on multinational and institutional<br />
clients and structured financing transactions in commercial and<br />
residential real estate. He started his professional career as a trainee in<br />
the mortgage banking division of Bayerische Vereinsbank in 1993 and<br />
was a Managing Director (Direktor der Zentrale) of HVB’s <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong><br />
Investment Banking Division before he joined Eurohypo as Managing<br />
Director <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Investment Banking Germany in 2004.<br />
GERMAN RETAIL RE<br />
Knobloch studied Law and Business Administration and is admitted<br />
to the German Bar. From 1979 until 1991 Knobloch was Managing<br />
Partner of Allgemeine Bautraeger GmbH Cederbaum. In 1991 he<br />
joined the Frankfurter Hypothekenbank and was Chairman of the<br />
Managing Board of Directors of Eurohypo AG until 2008. From 2006<br />
until 2008 he was Member of the Board of Managing Directors of<br />
Commerzbank AG. In April 2006 he became a member of the Board<br />
of Gemeinnuetzige Hertie-Stiftung. From November 2008 until<br />
August 2009 Knobloch was Member of the Supervisory Board of<br />
Hypo <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Holding AG. In March 2009 Knobloch became Board<br />
Member of Josef Schörghuber Foundation. He is Non Executive Director<br />
of Palatium Investment Management Ltd.
