European ground rent properties<br />
Michael Jung is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Continuum<br />
Capital, Frankfurt, a real estate private equity firm focused on<br />
investments in ground rent properties in Germany and the Eurozone<br />
markets. Between 2004 and 2008 Michael was initially CFO and<br />
subsequently CEO of Vivacon AG. In that position Michael was instrumental<br />
to the introduction of commercial ground rent investments<br />
in the German real estate market and devised the first three ground<br />
rent securitisations in the German market. Between 1996 and 2004<br />
Michael worked in the investment banking divisions of Deutsche<br />
Bank and Rothschild, where he held director positions and focused<br />
on M&A and equity capital market transactions.<br />

Thomas Jebsen has been Head of BayernLB’s <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Division<br />
since 1 April 2010. The division provides both financing and services<br />
for the real estate market. Over the years, Mr. Jebsen has gained<br />
extensive know-how while working in Germany and abroad. Among<br />
his previous jobs, he has served as relationship manager for corporate<br />
customers, large multinational customers and real estate customers<br />
and also headed a representative office in Barcelona, Spain. Prior to<br />
joining BayernLB in 2006, Thomas Jebsen held several different positions<br />
at the HVB/Unicredit Group.<br />

Aydin Karaduman studied industrial engineering at the University of<br />
Karlsruhe. Upon joining the Metro Group, he worked as project manager<br />
in Corporate Development. He then moved to mg technologies<br />
ag as project manager in Corporate Development and management<br />
positions amongst others at mg Bautechnik, in the mg engineering<br />
segment and as Assistant to the Chairman of the Board. In 2003, he<br />
assumed new responsibilities as Managing Director of ThyssenKrupp<br />
Dipro, an EPM predecessor company. On 1 July 2007, he was appointed<br />
Chairman of the Management Board. Since August 2009, he<br />
has also been Managing Director of HSG Zander International GmbH.
