Marcus Lemli heads the German leasing & capital markets/investment<br />

business for office, retail and industrial properties. He is Managing<br />

returning to Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006, Marcus was in leading positions<br />

for a Spanish asset management firm and real estate services<br />

company. In 1996 Marcus started his career with the international real<br />

estate firm, at that time Jones Lang Wootton, in the industrial leasing<br />

and investment team. In 1998, he changed to the Madrid office of<br />

Jones Lang Wootton and took over the leadership of the investment<br />

Raffaele Lino has a Masters in Economics from Bocconi University in<br />

Milan (Dottore in Discipline Economiche e Sociali). Before working<br />

with WGF AG, he was managing director at DTZ Corporate Finance<br />

and responsible for the division Business Development Europe.<br />

He lectures at the European Business School. WGF Westfaelische<br />

Grundbesitz und Finanzverwaltung AG is a real estate investment and<br />

trading house. WGF AG owns real estate throughout Germany and<br />

is the issuer of fixed-interest bonds. It has so far issued bonds worth<br />

about €350 million in total.<br />

Kai-Uwe Ludwig, 41, is the Managing Director for the division Investment<br />

/ Asset Management at Bayerische Hausbau. Before working for<br />

the Schörghuber Corporate Group since 2004, he was Senior Manager<br />

of the Corporate Finance division at PricewaterhouseCoopers<br />

in Munich. Bayerische Hausbau is one of the largest integrated real<br />

estate enterprises in Germany, with a real estate portfolio valued at<br />

around € 2.2 billion. Bayerische Hausbau combines the construction<br />

and real estate activities of the Schörghuber Corporate Group. The<br />

scope of services encompasses the three business divisions project<br />

Dirk Leutbecher started his career at Dresdner Bank and studied later<br />

economic science with focus on finance. After he completed his<br />

degree, he worked for Commerzbank and 3 years of seniority later<br />

he changed to Deutsche Immobilien Leasing GmbH (DeutscheBank<br />

AG). After several responsibilities he undertook in a final step as<br />

Director the lead of the Frankfurt Department. After about nine-year<br />

occupation he changed as Managing Director to a leading brokerage<br />

company. At the end of 2009 he set up his own company and<br />

restructured the organization in 2010 into STONY <strong>Real</strong> <strong>Estate</strong> Capital<br />

Lothar Lohr (born in 1969) has been working in BayernLB’s real estate<br />

department since 1991 where he is mainly responsible for hotels and<br />

health care real estate in Germany. He began working at BayernLB in<br />

1991 in the Residential Housing Financing area. Mr. Lohr progressed<br />

through several positions in BayernLB’s real estate division until 2004<br />

when he became mainly responsible for real estate financing of<br />

medical centres, real estate projects for nursing homes and hotels.<br />

In addition to his every day work as a relationship manager he also<br />

serves as a member of a management council with responsibilities for<br />

staff leadership and portfolio management.<br />

Matthias Luecker is the Founding Partner and Chairman & CEO of<br />

FREO Group. He has more than 15 years of experience in real estate<br />

investments, financing and capital market products. Prior to setting<br />

up FREO, Matthias was development manager at Tishman Speyer<br />

in Berlin where he focused on the analysis and conception of new<br />

projects. He also gained institutional sales & corporate finance<br />

experience at various positions at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, Tokyo<br />

and New York. Matthias holds a business degree (Diplom-Kaufmann)<br />

from Frankfurt University and has completed the Japanese Language<br />

Proficiency Test.
