Marcus Pollmann is Head of Real Estate for Germany in the Global
Restructuring Group of The Royal Bank of Scotland plc responsible

of Real Estate Origination Frankfurt at RBS and before that he was
Head of International Investors Germany at Eurohypo AG in Frankfurt.
He was born in Gummersbach and holds a degree in Business Administration

Michael Ramm, Managing Director and co-head of Acquisitions in
Europe at J.P. Morgan Asset Management Global Real Assets. Prior to
joining J.P. Morgan in 2005, Mr. Ramm was a Senior Investment Officer
at AIG Global Real Estate where he was responsible for the sourcing
and underwriting of investment opportunities in Germany, CEE and
Russia. Prior to that he held various positions at Jones Lang LaSalle in
Warsaw, Moscow and London.

Stuart has been working in real estate for 25 years. He joined Rockspring
Berlin in June 2001 and is responsible for all transactions and
asset management throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Stuart was instrumental in setting up the German Retail Box Fund for
which some EUR 550 million has been invested over the last 5 years.
In total, he oversees EUR 1 billion AUM for Rockspring focused mainly
on retail assets. Following the stabilisation of the markets Rockspring
is again purchasing assets with focus on retail big boxes.

Stefan Polter is managing director of EH Estate Management GmbH.
EH Estate Management GmbH is the real estate management and
advisory arm of Eurohypo AG. As an active and transaction-oriented
risk manager, it is responsible for restructuring and enhancing the
value of real estate and property-related holdings within the Commerzbank
Group.

Patrick founded caleus capital partners together with Dr. Ulrich Weber
in July 2010. He started his career in 1993 at the Berlin based BAUW-
ERT Property Group where he became managing partner in 1994. He

Tishman Speyer is one of the leading owners,

first-class real estate in the world.
Mr. Reiff is responsible for Tishman Speyer’s European portfolio management
and co-heads the company’s business in Germany. Prior
to his current position, he worked in the Emerging Markets Group
in New York, where he helped to launch the group’s investment
activity in China and India. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in 1998,
Mr. Reiff was a development manager of ECE Projektmanagement
G.m.b.H. in Berlin, the leading shopping center developer in Germany.
Mr. Reiff holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and business
management from the Technical University of Berlin. He earned an
MBA from Columbia University, where he was elected to Beta Gamma
Sigma honors society.
