Setting the Dial Mode<br />

1) Enter the “Global Setup” menu, then the “Dial Mode” submenu<br />

(see “Entering the Menu” on page 23).<br />

2) Press volume/ ▲ or ▼ to change the selection, “Tone”<br />

or “Pulse” (the initial setting is Tone).<br />

3) Press the OK soft key. You will hear a confirm<strong>at</strong>ion tone.<br />

System Reset<br />

De-register the Handset<br />

1) Enter the “System Reset” menu, then “Deregister HS” submenu<br />

(see “Entering the Menu” on page 23).<br />

2) Press volume/ ▲ or ▼ to select the handset ID to be<br />

de-registered from the list, then press the OK soft key.<br />

3) Press the OK soft key. You will hear a confirm<strong>at</strong>ion tone.<br />

When de-registr<strong>at</strong>ion is complete, “Deregistr<strong>at</strong>ion<br />

Complete” appears.<br />

4) After de-registering the handset, move to “Replacing<br />

the Base Setting” below.<br />

Replacing the Base Setting<br />

1) Enter the “System Reset” menu, then “Replacing<br />

Base” submenu (see “Entering the Menu” on page 23).<br />

“Do you want to replace Base?” appears.<br />

2) Press the OK soft key. You will hear a conform<strong>at</strong>ion<br />

tone. The base inform<strong>at</strong>ion will be deleted.<br />
