notification instructions
(telephone number and name
of contact who will pick up
the trailer when empty at
destination).
No entry is required if a
contract supplier furnished the
trailer.
Proceed with data entry (up to
three vans per screen).
Press key to transmit
data.
After a brief pause, the screen is refreshed with
the van number fields blank if the records entered
pass all edits.
Rekey each original van number for verification,
then press key to update the changed
records.
Vans that do not pass edits are prompted for
correcting fields in error. Key correct data over
errors, and press key to update the
changed records.
If the changed records pass all edits, the screen is
refreshed with the van number fields blank.
After two unsuccessful attempts to verify a van
number, all entries for the van are voided; re-enter
all data to initialize the van.
