on the AE screen. User may
rekey a new destination code.
If applicable, press key
to select a scheme or press

data field. If is pressed,
key A under SEL on the
scheme selection screen.
LOAD
COMPLETE
Press key to accept
the scheme. System then
returns to the PL screen for
further updates. The scheme is
accepted when key is
pressed.
Enter the time and date that
loading of van was completed
(24-hour clock).
MJ LD Enter valid alphanumeric code
to indicate the majority mail
class and load preparation
(see Appendix C). When first
position of MJ LD is zero,
the EIRS map is presented
for update after key is
pressed. (See Appendix G for
EIRS equipment codes.)
PERC LOAD Enter the number between
001 and 100 that indicates the
percent of the van’s load. All
three positions must be filled.
