RS DESIRED <strong>The</strong> system displays a Y in this<br />

field. If a routing slip is desired,<br />

leave the Y. If a routing slip is<br />

not desired, key N.<br />

Enter the time and date the<br />

supplier was notified that the<br />

van was ready for shipment.<br />

On C and G segment<br />

contracts, data entry must be<br />

done at least 4 hours prior to<br />

ramp cut<strong>of</strong>f time (as shown<br />

in RAMP TM: fields) or the<br />

system considers the shipment<br />

for the next day’s dispatch.<br />

Data entry cannot be done<br />

more than 48 hours after<br />

notification time.<br />

If C or G segments do not<br />

operate the next day, select<br />

the A segment contract.<br />

(optional). If warranted, use<br />
