TG ML Enter valid alphanumeric code
to indicate the tailgated mail
class and load preparation.
RS DESIRED The system displays a Y in this
field. If a routing slip is desired,
leave the Y. If a routing slip is
not desired, key N.

Enter the time and date the
supplier was notified that the
van was ready for shipment.
On C and G segment
contracts, data entry must be
done at least 4 hours prior to
ramp cutoff time (as shown
in RAMP TM: fields) or the
system considers the shipment
for the next day’s dispatch.
Data entry cannot be done
more than 48 hours after
notification time.
If C or G segments do not
operate the next day, select
the A segment contract.
Two five-character fields
(optional). If warranted, use
valid RMIS codes to indicate
that a van was preloaded from
as many as two mailers.
