Report LAB130P3, Over Due Van Report<br />
(Outbound)<br />
<strong>The</strong> purpose <strong>of</strong> the daily LAB130P3 report is for<br />
origin <strong>of</strong>fices to follow up on dispatches that have<br />
not arrived at destination within the transit window.<br />
While destination <strong>of</strong>fices are required to monitor the<br />
LAB130P1 report, the LAB130P3 report provides the<br />
origin <strong>of</strong>fice added information to ensure dispatches<br />
have been correctly entered into <strong>RMIS</strong> and actually<br />
departed the origin facility and the supplier’s origin<br />
location.<br />
Report LAB4 8P1, Error Report<br />
<strong>The</strong> purpose <strong>of</strong> the weekly LAB498P1 report is to<br />
provide a comparison between the planned routing<br />
and the actual routing. <strong>Management</strong> <strong>of</strong>fices must<br />
use LAB498P1 to annotate corrections directly onto<br />
the report, sign and date it, and provide it to the<br />
Transportation Section at the St. Louis Accounting<br />
Service Area (ASC). See <strong>Management</strong> Instruction (MI)<br />

Report LAB304P3, Detention/Misuse<br />
Charges Incurred<br />
<strong>The</strong> purpose <strong>of</strong> the weekly LAB304P3 report is to<br />
identify for 1 week the number <strong>of</strong> trailers held in<br />
detention and the number <strong>of</strong> trailers incurring misuse<br />
charges. <strong>The</strong> report lists each trailer and the charge<br />
incurred. <strong>Management</strong> must use this report and<br />
identify any erroneous charges. Incorrect charges are<br />
