Van Number (VN Functions)
Description. The van number (VN) function allows
updates to be made to an individual van only.
Access

Display the Update Option Menu.
Data Field Command
ENTER
FUNCTION
ENTER VAN
NUMBER
Key VN.
Key desired van number and
press key.
This displays the current status of the van. If van
is in your control, it appears on the proper screen
for updating. See proper screen instruction for
update. If the van is not in your control, a blank
screen is displayed, and a new van number may
be entered for update. Then press key.
The key keeps VN function active.
Inquiry (IQ Screen)
Description. The inquiry (IQ) screen function displays
the current status of a van, regardless of who is in
control of the van. (Users cannot update on this
screen.)
Access
Display the RMIS Data Entry/Van Control Functions
(Menu/Criteria) (see Accessing the System, page 3)
and complete the following data fields:
