Residenti l ccommod tion will e mix of townhouses nd m isonettes in the centre of the lock nd p rtments ne r the r ilw y. The m ssing provides tr nsition in sc le etween the surrounding residenti l neigh ourhoods nd the centre of the town, nd the vill ge-like tmosphere cre ted will suit f milies s well s young profession ls nd the elderly.
