This provides access to suction reedvalves (see Fig. 3). Remove suction valves from dowelpins. On 06D and 06CC (16 to 37 Cfm) compressors,also remove the suction valve positioning springs (seeFig. 4).5. Inspect components for wear or damage. If replacementis necessary, replace as a complete assembly. Individualparts must not be interchanged.
