We aim to complete our product portfolio by buying companies<br />

with portfolios of products that streng<strong>the</strong>n our market position<br />

in existing markets. This way we can realize operational, cost <strong>and</strong><br />

purchasing synergies <strong>and</strong> improve our offerings to customers.<br />

Balance our customer base:<br />

national <strong>and</strong> international retailers <strong>and</strong> A-br<strong>and</strong>s<br />

We will constantly balance our customer base between<br />

retailers <strong>and</strong> A­br<strong>and</strong> companies. We can do so by acquiring<br />

manufacturing facilities from A­br<strong>and</strong> companies. This will<br />

streng<strong>the</strong>n <strong>the</strong> relationship with <strong>the</strong> A­br<strong>and</strong> vendor <strong>and</strong><br />

will allow us to improve plant utilization without creating<br />

conflicts of interest. Combining <strong>the</strong> production of private<br />

label with <strong>the</strong> co­pro duction of A­br<strong>and</strong>s gives an opportunity<br />

for <strong>the</strong> customer, as well as for <strong>Refresco</strong>, to better control <strong>the</strong><br />

cost price of <strong>the</strong> final product.<br />

Improve supply chain sustainability<br />

To improve supply chain sustainability we build on creating<br />

long­term relationships with our suppliers <strong>and</strong> customers.<br />

We focus on <strong>the</strong> entire supply chain process ra<strong>the</strong>r than on<br />

just <strong>the</strong> end­product. We will boost earnings by increasing <strong>the</strong><br />

throughput of existing <strong>and</strong> acquired production plants.<br />
