At <strong>Refresco</strong> we believe that our human capital <strong>and</strong> our business<br />
intelligence are our key assets. They give us our competitive<br />

many levels. Of course, our size brings economies of scale, but<br />
what really makes <strong>the</strong> difference is <strong>the</strong> competence of our<br />
people to catch market opportunities <strong>and</strong> streamline operational<br />
<strong>processes</strong> to perfection. As a cost lea<strong>de</strong>r, <strong>Refresco</strong> continuously<br />
needs to make <strong>processes</strong> smarter <strong>and</strong> more flexible. Innovative<br />
production lines <strong>and</strong> systems can be bought by our competitors<br />
too, but it is our production staff who work in <strong>the</strong> most efficient<br />

right <strong>processes</strong> is of fundamental importance to our success.<br />

Following acquisitions, <strong>the</strong> average number of employees in<br />
<strong>the</strong> <strong>Refresco</strong> Group increased from 2,318 to 2,527 fulltime<br />
equivalents.
