Corporate Calendar cont’dMarch2007• IOI Land Singapore Pte Ltd and a Singaporean public listed company, Ho Bee Investment Limited havesuccessfully tendered for a 99-year lease land in Sentosa Cove of Sentosa Island, Singapore measuringapproximately 14,596 square meters or approximately 3.6 acres, for a total cash consideration ofSGD 460 million. The land has been approved for a condominium development of up to a maximumof 200 units.• IOIP together with Rakan Cop launched the Rakan Cop programme for Puchong district as part of itsCSR initiatives. The main objective of the event is to forge a better co-operation between the policeand the Puchong’s community and have a quicker response in fighting crime.
