Attachment HMany individuals identified as part of the sample did not respond to the phone survey fora variety of reasons, which include: straight-forward refusals, people who are neverhome, people identified for inclusion in the sample but who have died, and respondentswho, during the interview, do not answer all the questions or who are vague in theirresponses. The most common non-response issue in this evaluation was the number ofpeople who have changed their telephone number or who did not have a telephonenumber on record with the County. A Spanish-speaking interviewer was also utilized aspart of this evaluation to contact several Spanish speaking participants.
