2. Asian LNG MarketsIn October 2010, the price of Japanese LNG imports slightly increased by $0.1/MMBtu from the previous monthto reach $11.1/ MMBtu. The price of Korean LNG imports decreased by $0.5/MMBtu from the previous monthto reach $9.9/ MMBtu, while the price of Chinese LNG imports increased by $0.2/MMBtu from the previousmonth to reach $6.8/ MMBtu.In October 2010, total Japanese, Korean and Chinese LNG imports from various sources declined by 5.8% or 538thousand tons from the previous month to 8.795 million tons.
