Follow–up action with the appropriate State of Registrywill normally only be taken when the information contained in the reports is not sufficientlycomprehensive to determine the cause of the deviation; andc) when receiving reports from ATS Provider units of height deviations of 90 m (300 ft) ormore resulting from turbulence, TCAS manoeuvres or contingency action.10.7.11 These reports are taken into account when compiling the annual risk in RVSM Airspace andMNPS Airspace, for the NAT Region.Other Reports to the CMA10.7.12 Details of the following occurrences should also be reported to the CMA by the ATSProvider units:a) erosions of longitudinal separation between aircraft within MNPS Airspace, in excess of 3minutes;b) occasions when action is taken to prevent a GNE;c) lateral deviations from cleared route of less than 25NMd) discrepancies of 5 minutes or more between an ETA/ATA at a waypoint; ande) occasions when an Operator is suspected of not being in possession of an MNPS/RVSMapproval.------------------------NAT Doc 007 70 Edition 2010
