Revising this document.When undertaking works that incorporate elements that differ from theseguidelines and standards it will need to be demonstrated to the relevant Councilstaff that:• Their is a need for change;• Their is a benefit to Council and the wider community;• The inclusion of the element will not result in high maintenance costs forCouncil.This document should be reviewed on an annual basis to incorporate newStandards and Legislative requirements.
