The right of ownershipof the data in Example Import Fiels 2-5, or other data delivered from the DINO database, restswith the TNO-NITG (Netherlands Institute of Applied Geoscience). It is not allowed to exportthis data for use outside of Menyanthes, or to deliver these on to third parties. When you use itin a publication you should furthermore refer to the TNO-NITG, stating the year in which itwas distributed. The right of ownership of the data in Example Application file 7 rests with theProvincial Water Company of North-Holland (PWN). It is not allowed to deliver this data tothird parties, and you should refer to the PWN when using it in a publication.
