The investigation can beoriented towards reaching of some precise purposes or can be an exploration.Keywords:UML, Sequence Diagram, Educational SoftwareINTRODUCTIONUnified Modeling Language (UML) is astandardized general-purpose modelinglanguage in the field of software engineering [1].UML includes a set of graphical notationtechniques to create abstract models of specificsystems.The Unified Modeling Language (UML) is anopen method used to specify, visualize,construct and document the artifacts of anobject-oriented software-intensive system underdevelopment. UML offers a standard way towrite a system's blueprints, including conceptualcomponents such as: actors, business processes,system's components and activities, as well asconcrete things such as: programming languagestatements, database schemas and reusablesoftware components.UML combines the best practice from datamodeling concepts such as entity relationshipdiagrams, business modeling (work flow), objectmodeling and component modeling. It can beused with all processes, throughout the softwaredevelopment life cycle, and across differentimplementation technologies. UML hassucceeded the concepts of the Booch method,the Object-modeling technique (OMT) andObject-oriented software engineering (OOSE) byfusing them into a single, common and widelyusable modeling language. UML aims to be astandard modeling language which can modelconcurrent and distributed systems. UML is notan industry standard, but is taking shape underthe auspices of the Object Management Group(OMG). OMG has initially called for informationon object-oriented methodologies, that mightcreate a rigorous software modeling language.Many industry leaders have responded in earnestto help create the standard.UML models may be automatically transformedto other representations by means of QVT-liketransformation languages, supported by theOMG.
