The part titlesshould be Arial 12, Bold, spacing before - 0.8line, left aligned and the content – Arial 12,First line - 1.25 cm, Single spacing, justified.The figures should be Centered and with thetitle under them set to Arial 12. Tables shouldhave Right aligned description above them.Formulas should be numbered with the indexright of them at 15 cm. The references shouldbe numbered in square brackets and in Arial 12and no other formatting.LOCATION:The Conference venue will be at AngelKanchev University of Rousse, 330 kilometersNorth East from the Bulgarian capital Sofia,and 70 kilometers South from the Romaniancapital Bucharest. The transport betweenRousse and Sofia is regular and fast (approx.3,5 h by bus).
