A vitriolic blast dealsacid damage, and it is formed fromconjured acid, making it differentfrom other eldritch essences becauseit ignores spell resistance. Creaturesstruck by a vitriolic blast automaticallytake an extra 2d6 points of acid damageon following rounds. This acid damagepersists for 1 round per five class levelsyou have. For example, a 15th-level warlockdeals 2d6 points of acid damageper round for 3 rounds after the initialvitriolic blast attack.VOIDSENSELesser; 4thYou can sharpen your hearing andsight when you use this invocation,gaining blindsense out to 30 feet for24 hours.WALL OF PERILOUSFLAMEGreater; 5thYou can conjure a wall of fire as thespell with this invocation. Half thewall’s fire damage results from supernaturalpower and is therefore notsubject to being reduced by resistanceto fire. If a creature is reduced to 0hit points or lower by a wall of perilousflame, its remains are completelyconsumed 1 round later (as if by adestruction spell).WARLOCK’S CALLGreater; 5thYou can use this invocation to send amessage as the sending spell. However,a creature unwilling to reply to you canattempt a Will save to turn the sendingback on you, dealing 1d10 points ofdamage to you.WORD OF CHANGINGDark; 5thYou utter a powerful word that transformsa creature into an inoffensiveform. This effect functions like thebaleful polymorph spell, except that 24hours after being transformed, thesubject is entitled to a second savingthrow (at its original save bonus) tospontaneously resume its normal form.If this second save fails, it remains inits new form permanently or untilrestored by some other means.VORACIOUSDISPELLINGLesser; 4thYou can use dispel magic asthe spell. Any creature with anactive spell effect dispelled by thisinvocation takes 1 point of damage perlevel of the spell effect (no save).WALK UNSEENLesser; 2ndYou gain the ability to fadefrom view.
