132 Chapter 9. Conclusion developed set up for the measurement in Chap. 8 was designed by K. Kobayashi. The author appreciates the contribution by J. Okabayashi, T. Yoshida, and Y. Ishikawa to improve the set up. Prior to the construction, Y. Aiura (Electrotechnical Laboratory) sent us valuable information on the low-temperature photoemission technique. The author thanks S. Konishi helped the author to develop the algorithm for the calculation of Yb 4f photoemission spectra with the Anderson impurity model at 0 K.
