1926-1984 Vintage ModelsFlathead Power ® by S&S ®Cylinder HeadsFor 1940-’47 OHV Big Twin EnginesFlathead Power® KN-Series cylinder heads can be used as replacement heads for al KN-Seriesengines and can be used on stock and modified 1936-’47, 61" and 74" OHV engines. Likestock, all KN Series heads have the fire ring machining for 61" models that was maintained instock 74" models thru 1947.Heads are cast from high quality engineering- grade grey iron, and have a stock-look blackpowdercoat finish. The larger 1.940" diameter intake valve and a stock 1.750" diameterexhaust valve, allows them to handle the larger displacement of the KN93 engines, but worksas a high performance upgrade for 61" and 74" engines as well. These heads are drilledwith the stock bolt pattern. However, head bolt holes are 7/16" -20 thread and will not workwith stock 7/16" - 16 thread head bolts.
