OSM isrequesting a 3-year term of approval forthis information collection activity.An agency may not conduct orsponsor, and a person is not required torespond to, a collection of informationunless it displays a currently valid OMBcontrol number. The twelfth report,covering calendar year 2005, is to besubmitted by September 29, 2006.Written Submissions: TheCommission does not plan to hold apublic hearing in connection with thepreparation of this twelfth report.However, interested persons are invitedto submit written statements concerningthe matters to be addressed in thereport. All written submissions shouldbe addressed to the Secretary, UnitedStates International Trade Commission,500 E Street, SW., Washington, DC20436. To be assured of considerationby the Commission, written statementsrelating to the Commission’s reportshould be submitted to the Commissionat the earliest practical date and shouldbe received no later than the close ofbusiness on June 9, 2006.
