The JFC or a designated CC will publish a COMPLAN capable of supporting PR operations.This COMPLAN will provide callsigns, frequencies, codewords, communicationformats etc. All deviations from this COMPLAN require coordination with the PRCC priorstart of the mission.4.2 Radio communications0402. Brevity communications will be used to the maximum extent possible. Wheneverappropriate, secure communications have to be applied all the time.
