Two independent photometric temperaturescales (griz and JK) are in agreement with one another, but predict systematically hotter temperatures thanthose in the KIC by about 200 K. We trace the originof these differences, and present a revised catalog consistentwith the photometric fundamental scale. Correctionsfor binaries, metallicity, and surface gravityare included. The consequences for stellar and planetaryproperties are briefly discussed.1362011 Kepler Science Conference - NASA Ames Research Center
