Kepler photometry is also used for detectingpulsations in thousands of stars selected as asteroseismictargets by the Kepler Asteroseismic Science Consortium.Unfortunately the Kepler data does not providecolour information. Moreover, the majority of theKepler targets is poorly studied in the literature and theprecision of T eff, logg, and E(B−V) available in the KeplerInput Catalogue (KIC-10) is generally too low forasteroseismic modelling, especially for hot and peculiarstars.
