ARTICLE 27INCENTIVE AWARDSSection 1. The parties agree to promote and support the Incentive Awards and Suggestionsprograms of the Employer as specified in AR 672-20. The Union shall demonstrate this supportby encouraging participation through the submission of suggestions through proper channels, andby distributing or displaying publicity material which may be provided by the Employer.Section 2. The Employer agrees that the Union shall have one (1) primary and one (1) alternaterepresentative on the Incentive Awards Committee. The alternate representative shall act for theprimary representative in his/her absence. The Union representative will serve as a fullparticipating member in the deliberations and activities of the Incentive Awards Committee.Section 3. The Employer agrees to publicize the Incentive Awards Program, and to insure thatall awards are presented in appropriate ceremonies. The Employer will schedule a presentation ofan award and the award will be presented by an appropriate official in the presence of co-workers.Section 4. The Employer and the Union agree criteria set forth in AR 672-20 and WSMR writtencharter for Incentive Awards will be utilized.ARTICLE 2860
