The local police, fire and rescue departments are available to service the campus or students when needed. Allstudents, personnel and visitors are subject to <strong>College</strong> policies, city ordinances, and state and federal laws.In compliance with the Campus Security Act of 1990, <strong>Mount</strong> <strong>Olive</strong> <strong>College</strong> annually publishes and distributesstatistics about the range of crimes and other violations of law at each location, as well as specific policies outlinedin the Act. This information is included in the <strong>Student</strong> <strong>Handbook</strong>.<strong>Student</strong> Responsibility for Safety and SecurityReasonable measures are taken to maintain a safe and secure environment at every <strong>College</strong> location, but the<strong>College</strong> does not intend to guarantee that the campus is safe and secure at all times in all areas for allpurposes.
