Residence Hall Expulsion - permanent separation of the student from the Residence Halls. A student expelled fromthe Residence Halls shall also lose all future visitation privileges. The student may not be inside of, nor in theimmediate vicinity of any <strong>College</strong> Residence Hall; this includes all lawn areas, sidewalks, parking lots near theResidence Halls, etc.Exclusion from Extra-curricular Activities—exclusion of the student from extra-curricular activities for aprescribed period of time, usually of one or two semesters. Such activities include all <strong>College</strong> activities that are notacademic in nature. These activities include, but are not limited to, participating in student government, studentclubs or activities, intramural and varsity athletics, choral, forensics, use of the Pope Wellness Center andperformance of an artistic and entertainment nature.<strong>College</strong> Suspension - separation of the student from the entire <strong>College</strong> which may or may not include onlinecourses, and all <strong>College</strong> premises, for a specified period of time, or until certain conditions are met.<strong>College</strong> Expulsion - permanent separation of the student from the entire <strong>College</strong>, and all <strong>College</strong> premises.Expulsion shall be noted on the student's transcript.Failure to Complete Assigned Sanctions 6.5.1The following is not a disciplinary sanction but a result of the student’s behavior regarding imposed sanctions.<strong>Student</strong>s who fail to fulfill assigned sanctions within the allotted time will be subject to one or more of the followingat the discretion of the VP for <strong>Student</strong> Development.• The student may be assessed a monetary fine.• The student may be placed on Disciplinary Probation.• The student may not be permitted to register for classes.• The student may not be able to get an official copy of the academic transcript either for personal use or tobe sent to another institution.52
