LCvR7.1.1 Recusal/Diversity Jurisdiction.A party formed as a limited liability company (“LLC”) or partnership shall,concurrently with its first filing in the case, file a separate “Disclosure Statement IdentifyingConstituents <strong>of</strong> LLC or Partnership,” identifying the LLC’s members or the partnership’spartners, as applicable. If any party has invoked federal jurisdiction on the basis <strong>of</strong> diversity<strong>of</strong> citizenship with the LLC or partnership, the disclosure statement shall also affirmativelystate whether any <strong>of</strong> the members or partners are citizens <strong>of</strong> the adversary’s alleged state <strong>of</strong>citizenship. The LLC or partnership must promptly file a supplemental statement if anyrequired information changes. The court may relieve a party <strong>of</strong> some or all <strong>of</strong> therequirements <strong>of</strong> this rule for good cause.LCvR7.2 Briefs for Bankruptcy Appeals.(a) For a bankruptcy appeal, the appellant shall serve and file its brief within 21days after the transmission <strong>of</strong> the record to the Clerk <strong>of</strong> the <strong>District</strong> Court. The appellee shallserve and file its brief within 21 days after service <strong>of</strong> the brief <strong>of</strong> the appellant. The appellantmay serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after service <strong>of</strong> the brief <strong>of</strong> the appellee.Unless otherwise stated in this local rule, briefs for an appeal from the bankruptcy court aregoverned by the rules found at LCvR7.1.(b)Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, oral argument as required byFed R. Bankr. P. 8012 is excused.LCvR9.1Notice Requirement for 3-Judge Court.In any action or proceeding which a plaintiff believes is required to be heard by a 3-judge court under 28 U.S.C. § 2284, the plaintiff shall file with the complaint a separatenotice, or the equivalent thereto, to the Court, stating that a 3-judge court is requested. If theplaintiff fails to give such notice, every other party shall file such notice, provided that assoon as a notice is filed by any party, all other parties are relieved <strong>of</strong> this obligation.-11-
