LCrR30.1 Jury Instructions.All requested jury instructions must be supported by appropriate authority and shall befiled and served at least 7 days prior to the commencement <strong>of</strong> the scheduled trial docket. Anyobjections to requested jury instructions shall be filed at least 4 days prior to thecommencement <strong>of</strong> the scheduled trial docket. In addition to filing any written requested juryinstructions, the parties shall submit their proposed jury instructions in WordPerfect format tothe Clerk via the mailbox designated in the ECF Policy Manual for the assigned judge.LCrR32.1 Confidentiality <strong>of</strong> Pre-Sentence Reports.Pre-sentence reports maintained by the Probation Office contain confidentialinformation and recommendations and shall not be filed. In the event any party wishes toinclude in any motion, brief, memoranda <strong>of</strong> law or other document any confidentialinformation or recommendations contained in a pre-sentence report, the party shall apply tothe Court for an order authorizing the Clerk to file the document under seal.LCrR32.2 Sentencing Memoranda and Motions.All sentencing memoranda and motions must be filed within14 days after receipt <strong>of</strong> thepresentence report containing any final addendum or revisions. Any response to a sentencingmemorandum or motion must be filed within 14 days thereafter.VI.SUPPLEMENTARY AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS.LCrR41.1Sealing <strong>of</strong> Warrants for Search and Seizure Proceedings.See LCrR4.1 and LCrR12.3 for procedure for sealing <strong>of</strong> warrants, etc., under this Rule.VII. GENERAL PROVISIONS.LCrR43.1 Issuance <strong>of</strong> Writs for Defendants.It is the responsibility <strong>of</strong> the government to prepare writs for appearance <strong>of</strong> defendantsin custody.-45-
