LCvR56.1(a)Summary Judgment Procedure.Absent leave of Court, each party may file only one motion underFed. R. Civ. P. 56.(b)The brief in support of a motion for summary judgment (or partial summaryjudgment) shall begin with a section that contains a concise statement of material facts towhich the moving party contends no genuine issue of fact exists. The facts shall benumbered and shall refer with particularity to those portions of the record upon whichmovant relies.(c)The brief in opposition to a motion for summary judgment (or partial summaryjudgment) shall begin with a section which contains a concise statement of material facts towhich the party asserts genuine issues of fact exist. Each fact in dispute shall be numbered,shall refer with particularity to those portions of the record upon which the opposing partyrelies and, if applicable, shall state the number of the movant’s facts that is disputed. Allmaterial facts set forth in the statement of the material facts of the movant may be deemedadmitted for the purpose of summary judgment unless specifically controverted by thestatement of material facts of the opposing party.LCvR62.1 Stays Pending Disposition of Motions After Judgment.Unless otherwise directed by the Court, all proceedings to enforce a judgment arestayed pending the disposition of the following motions:(a) new trial or to alter or amend a judgment made pursuant to Fed.
