LCvR56.1(a)Summary Judgment Procedure.Absent leave <strong>of</strong> Court, each party may file only one motion underFed. R. Civ. P. 56.(b)The brief in support <strong>of</strong> a motion for summary judgment (or partial summaryjudgment) shall begin with a section that contains a concise statement <strong>of</strong> material facts towhich the moving party contends no genuine issue <strong>of</strong> fact exists. The facts shall benumbered and shall refer with particularity to those portions <strong>of</strong> the record upon whichmovant relies.(c)The brief in opposition to a motion for summary judgment (or partial summaryjudgment) shall begin with a section which contains a concise statement <strong>of</strong> material facts towhich the party asserts genuine issues <strong>of</strong> fact exist. Each fact in dispute shall be numbered,shall refer with particularity to those portions <strong>of</strong> the record upon which the opposing partyrelies and, if applicable, shall state the number <strong>of</strong> the movant’s facts that is disputed. Allmaterial facts set forth in the statement <strong>of</strong> the material facts <strong>of</strong> the movant may be deemedadmitted for the purpose <strong>of</strong> summary judgment unless specifically controverted by thestatement <strong>of</strong> material facts <strong>of</strong> the opposing party.LCvR62.1 Stays Pending Disposition <strong>of</strong> Motions After Judgment.Unless otherwise directed by the Court, all proceedings to enforce a judgment arestayed pending the disposition <strong>of</strong> the following motions:(a) new trial or to alter or amend a judgment made pursuant to Fed.
