LCvR83.4 Appearance <strong>of</strong> Counsel.An attorney appearing for a party in a civil case shall enter an appearance by signingand filing an entry <strong>of</strong> appearance on the form prescribed by the Clerk <strong>of</strong> this Court. This entry<strong>of</strong> appearance shall include a certification that the attorney is admitted to practice in this Court.In addition, the entry <strong>of</strong> appearance shall state whether the attorney is registered in this Court’sElectronic Case Filing System.In the event a party should change counsel or add counsel, the new or additional counselfor such party shall enter an appearance by signing and filing an entry <strong>of</strong> appearance on theform prescribed by the Clerk <strong>of</strong> this Court.LCvR83.5 Attorney Withdrawal From Case.In civil cases, attorneys <strong>of</strong> record shall not withdraw from the case except by leave <strong>of</strong>the judge to whom the case is assigned, upon reasonable notice to the client and all otherparties who have appeared in the case. Withdrawal <strong>of</strong> counsel may be granted subject to theconditions stated by the Court, including the condition that subsequent papers may continueto be served upon counsel for forwarding purposes or upon the Clerk <strong>of</strong> the Court, as the Courtmay direct, unless and until the client appears by other counsel or pro se, and any notice to theclient shall so state and any filed consent <strong>of</strong> the client shall so acknowledge.LCvR83.6(a)Discipline by the Court.Discipline by Other Courts; Criminal Convictions. Whenever it appears tothe Court that any member admitted to practice in this Court, including those persons admittedpro hac vice, has been suspended, disbarred, or resigned pending disciplinary proceedings fromthe practice <strong>of</strong> law by the Supreme Court <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oklahoma</strong> or by any other court <strong>of</strong> competentjurisdiction or has been convicted <strong>of</strong> a felony or any crime involving moral turpitude in anycourt, such disbarment, suspension, or conviction shall operate as an automatic disbarment <strong>of</strong>the attorney’s right to practice in this Court, and an order <strong>of</strong> disbarment shall be issued by theCourt. The order <strong>of</strong> disbarment shall remain in effect unless, within 30 days from the date <strong>of</strong>-32-
