In addition to the provisions regarding the qualifications of the bidders as set out in (1) above: -a. the procuring entity shall disqualify a bidder as per the provisions under “Clause: Exclusion/Disqualification of bids in Chapter-5: ITB”; andb. the procuring entity may require a bidder, who was pre-qualified, to demonstrate itsqualifications again in accordance with the same criteria used to pre-qualify such bidder. Theprocuring entity shall disqualify any bidder that fails to demonstrate its qualifications again, ifrequested to do so. The procuring entity shall promptly notify each bidder requested todemonstrate its qualifications again as to whether or not the bidder has done so to thesatisfaction of the procuring entity.20
